Fourteen lessons spent designing one piece of work only you could make, ending in two documents you wrote yourself: an Offering Brief and a Creator Charter.
A settled identity is worth very little while it stays private. This course spends it outward, into work.
Most people who make something start by looking sideways. They find the nearest version that appears to be working, borrow its shape, and then spend a year wondering why the fit is wrong. The shape was decided before they arrived. What they actually knew — the thing they have stopped noticing they know, because it has been obvious to them for a decade — never made it into the room.
Over five modules you will take what you already carry and design one specific piece of work around it: what it promises, how close you have to be to deliver it, at what pace, in what container, inside what limits you set before anyone asks, held up by what systems, served by which tools, and running at a rhythm you could still be running in a year. Each chapter produces a real artefact, and they chain — the inventory feeds the service statement, which feeds the architecture, which feeds the scope, which arrives at the Offering Brief at the halfway mark. The second half is what holds it up: the audience that self-selects, the backend that stays calm, the tools that stay in service, the rhythm that survives an ordinary week. The course closes with a Creator Charter, a page naming what your practice is grounded in, what it produces and what it refuses.
Nothing here goes live. This is design rather than delivery: no launch, no funnel, no pricing model, no platform walkthrough, and no thirty-day plan. The artefacts are working blueprints, and they are meant to look like blueprints — rough in places, specific where it counts. You keep every one of them.
The payoff is relief. A decision about the work costs less, because the limits were set on paper before the request arrived. What you build stops being a slightly worse copy of somebody else's and starts being difficult for anyone else to make.
Consultants, senior operators and specialists sitting on a decade of judgement that has never once been shaped into something of their own.
Founders and independent creators who have started three things in the borrowed shape and want the fourth to be theirs.
Capable professionals who keep almost building it and stall at the point where a real decision about scope, format and limits has to be written down.
Anyone arriving here directly. This course stands on its own. The earlier UNBOUND™ bundles inform it, but nothing in these fourteen lessons assumes you have read them.
Take one lesson at a time and carry a single project through all fourteen. The exercises are short and the writing is meant to be honest rather than presentable. Expect the Offering Brief to be narrower than you first want it to be — that narrowing is the work.
14 lessons to get you from zero to confident. Start at your own pace.
